Tony Huidor
President of Technology & Chief Product Officer

Tony Huidor is the Company’s President of Technology and Chief Product Officer. In this dual role, he drives the company’s overall product roadmap as well as leads all key technology partnerships. Since joining Cineverse in 2015, Huidor has managed the launch and daily operations of the Company’s portfolio of all subscription and ad-supported digital-first channels. He conceived and designed Cineverse’s proprietary Matchpoint Dispatch™ distribution platform, which has allowed the Company to effectively streamline and scale its entire digital content distribution business. He also oversees overall product development of Matchpoint Blueprint™, which powers all streaming apps for Cineverse’s portfolio of streaming services, and Matchpoint Insights, which automates processing of all performance/revenue data and analytics.
In addition, Mr. Huidor recently developed cineSearch, which is the Company’s proprietary AI-based platform for advanced search and content recommendations.
Previously, Mr. Huidor served as Vice President of Operations for Universal Music Group’s (UMG) mobile division, which generated significant revenue for the company, then later transitioned into VP of Technical Product Development for Universal Music Group Distribution (UMGD), where he played an integral part in establishing and expanding the company’s digital and mobile distribution business. Prior to his tenure at Universal Music Group, Mr. Huidor served as Director of Product Development for the Walt Disney Company’s internet division, where he was responsible for the creation and development of subscription-based entertainment services worldwide. In addition, he established Disney Mobile, where he managed the creation and production of all premium mobile content worldwide across the Disney and Pixar portfolio of brands, with a strong focus on the North American, European, and Asian-Pacific regions.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Digital Entertainment Group, a key trade organization serving the entertainment industry. Mr. Huidor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Michele Edelman
EVP, Technology & GM of Matchpoint®

Michele Edelman is a seasoned Media & Entertainment executive with deep expertise in distribution, marketing, and supply chain innovation. As EVP of Technology and General Manager at Matchpoint, Cineverse, she leads the company’s go-to-market strategy—spanning sales, marketing, and operations for its automated media supply chain platform.
Before joining Matchpoint, Michele was Head of Growth at Premiere Digital, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Content Strategy at Vubiquity, and held senior roles at Warner Bros., including Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Programming.
Over her 20-year career, Michele has created impactful campaigns for studios like Disney, ESPN, and MTV Networks, and co-led the industry’s first Movies On Demand program with CTAM.
She earned her BA from the University of Rhode Island and completed the Tuck Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College. Michele has been recognized among Media Play News’ Top 40 in Streaming Media, and is a recipient of the Women in Home Entertainment Award, CTAM’s Rainmaker Award, and the URI Distinguished Achievement Award.

Alison Maruca
VP, Product

Alison Maruca is a dynamic product leader with a deep background developing interactive experiences at the intersection of media, technology, and entertainment. Prior to joining Matchpoint, Alison worked in the XR space developing gaming and narrative products and spent 14 years at Disney working on emerging technology. At Disney, her work spanned beloved franchises and brands where she has launched award-winning products on web, app and OTT. She was honored with a BAFTA and Apple’s iPad app of the year for her work on Disney Animated which explored the intersection of storytelling and technology throughout the history of Disney Animation. Alison began her career at LeapFrog where she developed educational titles for the LeapPad platform and launched the hand-held Leapster platform.

Michelle Thiele
SVP, Corporate Systems

Michelle Thiele is an accomplished technology executive with more than 17 years of experience leading enterprise applications, entertainment product development, and IT operations. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Systems at Cineverse, she drives large-scale technology initiatives that support key business functions across digital media, content management, finance, and rights management.
Michelle has played an integral role in advancing Cineverse’s proprietary technology platforms, including Matchpoint™—the company’s award-winning, fully automated media supply chain. Her leadership ensures that these systems integrate seamlessly with corporate operations, delivering the scalability and efficiency required to support a growing global content business.
Recognized for her deep technical expertise and collaborative leadership style, Michelle has guided Cineverse through multiple stages of evolution, from its early days as Cinedigm to its current position as a global streaming technology company. Promoted to Senior Vice President in 2023, she continues to bridge technology and business strategy, ensuring Cineverse and Matchpoint remain at the forefront of digital transformation.

Meri Hassouni
SVP Giant WW, a Matchpoint Company®

Meri Hassouni is Senior Vice President at Giant WW, a Matchpoint Company®, a global digital solutions provider serving the media and entertainment industry. She has played an integral role in the company’s evolution over more than 20 years, helping guide its growth from a boutique digital facility into an international operation with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Warsaw.
With deep industry relationships and a strong understanding of client needs, Meri has been instrumental in expanding Giant’s core offerings. She has helped grow the business beyond digital deliveries and physical disc authoring into a comprehensive, end-to-end services provider, including master QC, localization,and app testing. In her leadership role, Meri oversees revenue and marketing strategy, leads key client relationships, and partners closely with the executive team to support sustained growth in a rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
Meri’s impact and leadership have been recognized industry widely. She was named to MediaPlay News’ 50 Women to Watch in the Digital Business, highlighting her influence, strategic vision, and contributions to the future of media and technology.
A passionate advocate for women in entertainment and technology, Meri has served for the past five years as Co-Chair of DEG’s Canon Club, an initiative dedicated to supporting and connecting women across the industry through mentorship, education, and community. She has helped expand the reach and visibility of Canon Club programs and proudly hosts its annual Academy Museum Tour and Luncheon, a signature event celebrating women in Hollywood.
Within Canon Club, Meri also serves on the voting committee for the Hedy Lamarr Awards, which recognize women and student leaders who exemplify innovation, advancement, and vision in technology and media. She additionally serves in an advisory role on the DEG Board for Canon Club, supporting the initiative’s mission and long-term growth. Meri is also an active member of OTT.X, reflecting her ongoing commitment to industry collaboration and progress.
With more than two decades of executive experience, a proven record of business innovation, and a deep commitment to empowering others, Meri Hassouni continues to be a driving force in digital media and a dedicated contributor to the industry’s future—professionally and personally, as a mother of two daughters pursuing their own careers in entertainment.

Mike Nack
SVP, Studio Operations

Mike Nack is a seasoned media executive with more than two decades of experience leading the strategic execution and distribution of content across evolving media platforms. His career spans the transformation of the home entertainment industry from physical media to digital streaming, where he has built a reputation for operational excellence, efficient, client-focused workflows, and results-driven leadership aligned with industry standards and market demands.
Nack brings deep expertise across team building, operational strategy, media production, digital distribution, and technology implementation. He is particularly focused on navigating the intersection of traditional media and emerging platforms, emphasizing adaptability, scalability, and best-in-class execution. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Studio Operations, he continues to advance the integration of new technologies with a client-focused, high-touch operating model that supports growth, collaboration, and long-term value.
Throughout his career, Nack has driven operational success across a global footprint, earning the trust of customers, partners, and industry peers alike. His career began as a corporate video editor and music mixer, sparking a lifelong passion for film, television, and music. He later refined his technical and operational expertise at Sony Music Studios, expanding into project management and operations leadership. Prior to joining Cineverse, Nack served as Chief Operating Officer at Giant Worldwide.

John R. Smith
VP, Sales

John R. Smith is an accomplished sales executive with more than two decades of experience leading distribution strategy, business development, and strategic partnerships across the content, media, and technology sectors. As Senior Vice President of North America Sales at Vubiquity, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a profitable, global content distribution platform—structuring major strategic deals that solidified its financial foundation and positioned it for long-term growth.
Under his leadership, Vubiquity achieved $120M in revenue and $27M in EBITDA at its peak, expanded into the European market, and secured distribution to every major U.S. service provider, reaching over 70 million homes. John also led post-merger integrations, aligning two distinct sales organizations to unify cultures, products, and processes.
Known for his collaborative and trusted leadership style, John has cultivated and mentored high-performing teams while building enduring relationships with key partners such as Comcast, Verizon, Charter, Turner Broadcasting, and CenturyLink. His expertise spans distribution sales, contract negotiation, digital distribution product launches, marketing, and telecommunications.
Currently serving as an Advisory Member at Adapt Global Studios, John continues to apply his strategic vision and deep industry experience to help organizations grow and adapt in an evolving media landscape.

Natalie Buckley
VP, Business Development

Natalie Buckley, VP of Business Development at Cineverse/Matchpoint, is an accomplished sales executive with nearly two decades of industry experience.
In her previous position at Premiere Digital (2010-2026), she held a series of roles as the business grew from a boutique facility into an international operation spanning multiple verticals. Starting in the QC department as the company’s ninth employee, she grew to manage the Client Services team with a focus on overseeing major studio accounts, mainly Lionsgate and NBCU.
In 2016, she migrated to the sales team and began her career in Business Growth and Development. Here she nurtured deep industry relationships, assisting content owners of all sizes through strategic distribution, monetization, and navigating the ever-changing digital landscape. Driven by a passion for independent film, she championed growth in aggregation and distribution, and led efforts to create solutions that helped rightsholders of all sizes launch their content globally and across all windows.
In 2021, Natalie was recognized in Media Play News’ 40 Under 40 as an influential decision maker and trailblazer in a constantly evolving space. Looking forward, she is excited to be part of the Cineverse, Matchpoint team, focusing on client partnerships, scalable growth, and acting as a driving force in the industry’s future.

Chris Jayasinghe
VP, Client Management, Giant WW

A key leader within Giant’s executive team, Jayasinghe plays a critical role in advancing the company’s sales, engineering, and client engagement strategies across the digital and OTT landscape. Since joining Giant Worldwide in 2023, he has played a central role in shaping project delivery, business strategy, and operational execution, including the development of scalable workflows, automation platforms, enterprise-level RFP efforts, and strategic partnerships.
Jayasinghe brings extensive experience in client-facing leadership and is deeply focused on delivering a best-in-class, end-to-end client experience through strategic oversight and cross-functional alignment. In recognition of his industry impact, he was named to Media Play News’ 40 Under 40 in 2025.
Prior to Giant Worldwide, he spearheaded major client initiatives at Deluxe and served as Executive Director of Client Services at PDS. Looking forward, Jayasinghe will help guide the company’s strategic direction, strengthen client partnerships, and support scalable growth as the organization enters its next phase under new ownership.

Nick Frazee
EVP, Revenue, IndiCue

Nick Frazee joined Cineverse in 2026 as Executive Vice President of Revenue at for Matchpoint, after having co-founded IndiCue and served as its CEO until it was successfully acquired by in 2026.
Nick has been fully focused on technology and SAAS sales in video for throughout his career, building and managing teams in support, yield, operations, revenue, and advertising across multiple platforms.
His prior experience includes co-founding VideoByte as serving as CRO until it was successfully acquired by Kargo in 2023. Nick also served as VP, Business Development at SpringServe, which was acquired by Magnite in 2021, and VP, Business Development at AOL, prior and throughout the Yahoo / Verizon acquisitions. He focused on Business Development during that time for both Vidible, and Gravity, which were all acquired during his tenure as well.
Nick is a graduate from the University of Connecticut with degrees in English and History.
He is a father and husband and proud owner of a golden, and an avid cyclist.

John Marchesini
EVP, Product & Monetization, IndiCue

John Marchesini is Executive Vice President of Product & Monetization at Cineverse, where he leads product strategy, revenue innovation, and platform development across the company’s streaming and ad tech ecosystem. He is also Co-Founder and former COO of IndiCue, a Connected TV (CTV) infrastructure company acquired by Cineverse, where he built and scaled a platform empowering publishers with direct control over their ad tech stacks and monetization strategies.
John has driven digital growth and platform innovation across leading media organizations including Paramount Global, FOX, and CBS. At FOX Television Stations, he played a key role in launching and scaling ad-supported streaming brands such as LiveNOW from FOX and FOX SOUL. As VP of Product at CBS Media Ventures, John led digital strategy for flagship properties including Entertainment Tonight and Inside Edition, delivering industry-leading streaming growth. Earlier in his career, he helped modernize The Hollywood Reporter's digital business and held leadership roles across multiple media and tech startups.

Laura Morrison
VP, Business Development, IndiCue

Laura Morrison is Vice President of Business Development at Matchpoint, Cineverse, where she helps media companies maximize the value of their content through strategic distribution, monetization, and partnership opportunities. With deep expertise in connected television (CTV), FAST, AVOD, programmatic advertising, and ad technology, she focuses on driving revenue growth and helping clients navigate the evolving streaming ecosystem.
Prior to joining Cineverse, Laura held leadership roles at Amagi, 47 Samurai, and GoGo CTV, where she built high-performing partnerships across publishers, platforms, agencies, DSPs, SSPs, and OEMs. Known for her collaborative, white-glove approach to client relationships, she has a proven track record of unlocking new revenue opportunities and accelerating business growth.
Laura was recognized as one of AdMonsters and AdExchanger’s Top Women in Media & Ad Tech in 2025.
